RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

Check-in time 3pm, and check-out 12pm.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Hotel Royal Signature strives to ensure that the contents and other matters related to the website and booking engine are accurate and Hotel Royal Signature does not accept liability for errors or omissions that arise within.

Hotel Royal Signature reserves the right to change and update the contents periodically as and when deem necessary. All information, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Hotel Royal Signature reserves the right by authorization from you to use and assign all information in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to 10% Service Charge and 8% government tax (SST).

Under the gazetted Tourism Tax Act 2017, all foreign guests, even if on shared accommodation with a Malaysian, will be levied a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room/per night for stays from 1st September 2017. This amount is not included in the booked room price and will be paid directly by the guest at the hotel. Upon check-in, Malaysians producing proof of valid Identity Cards; and Malaysian Permanent Residents producing proof of valid MY PR Cards will be exempted if the room is registered to them and not on sharing basis with a foreigner.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Promotional Rate and Offers.

Full payments are required to guarantee the booking. Payment can be done via Telegraphic Transfer or Online Banking Transfer. Hotel Royal Signature will provide a proforma invoice with bank detail in order to proceed with the payment.

Best Available Rate.

One (1) night payment is required to guarantee the booking. Payment can be done via Telegraphic Transfer or Online Banking Transfer. Hotel Royal Signature will provide a proforma invoice with bank detail in order to proceed with the payment.

If the credit card is declined, reservation made will automatically be released.

The usage of our website is solely to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not for any other purposes including without limitation, false or fraudulent reservations.

The required age that warrants the use of the website and booking engine must be at least 18 years of age.

Hotel Royal Signature is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or booking engine.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival or 1 night penalty of confirmed reservation charges thereafter. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed to reservation of rooms with promotional rate and offers.

Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. You may visit our website at www.hotelroyalsignature.com.

Specific terms & conditions are applicable for group bookings, confined to 10 rooms and above. Please contact sales.event@hotelroyalsignature.com for more information.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
